
My today topic is What is the Nutritional Value of The Moringa Plant, Moringa oleifera is a plant that has been praised for its health benefits for thousands of years. It is very rich in healthy antioxidants and bioactive plant compounds. Other names for Moringa is drumstick tree, horseradish tree, and/or bean oil tree.
The 92 nutrients from the moringa tree are as follows:
